Last updated: 3 October 2026
ABOUT THESE TERMS
This website is operated by Tom Joslin, trading as TSJ Media, a sole trader based in Surrey, United Kingdom.
Email: tom.joslin@tsjmedia.co.uk
These terms govern the use of the TSJ Media website. They do not replace the separate quotation, licence and Client Terms of Business applicable to a photography commission.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the website.
ABOUT THIS WEBSITE
This website presents the photography, services and portfolio of TSJ Media.
Its content is provided for general information and to help prospective clients decide whether to make an enquiry. It does not constitute architectural, legal, financial or other professional advice.
TSJ Media may update, remove, reorganise or replace website content without notice.
ENQUIRIES AND COMMISSIONS
Submitting an enquiry, requesting a price guide or discussing a potential project does not create a contract or oblige either party to proceed.
A photography commission is only confirmed when the scope, fees, usage rights and applicable terms have been agreed through a quotation, proposal, contract or other written confirmation issued by TSJ Media.
The terms governing a confirmed commission will take priority over these Website Terms where they address the same subject.

You may view the website for personal or internal business-reference purposes.
