Built Environment Photography

I provide bespoke photography for the built environment. Each commission is shaped around the project and what you need the images to communicate. This page explains how I work and how a commission comes together. To explore what I could create for your project, get in touch and we can discuss it.

Photography shaped around the project

Make the work speak for itself

Every project has different qualities worth communicating. The photography might focus on its form and scale, its materials and details, how it sits in its setting, or the atmosphere of the finished space.

The approach depends on the brief and how you plan to use the images. A shoot may bring together wider views, closer details and images of the surrounding context to create a coherent set.

How a commission works

Every project begins with a conversation about the work, what the images need to communicate and how you plan to use them. From there, we shape the photography and agree the scope together.
