PROJECT PHOTOGRAPHY AT A GLANCE
Open the sections below for a quick overview of what can be photographed, what a commission can include and how the finished imagery can support your project.
-
Architecture, interiors, commercial and hospitality spaces, outdoor environments, installations, bespoke features, crafted objects and individual details.
If design, construction or craftsmanship is central to its value, TSJ Media can help communicate that value through photography.
-
Anything from one carefully photographed room, feature or object to complete multi-day coverage across locations or project stages.
Interior, exterior, detail, people-focused, aerial and twilight photography can all be combined wherever they strengthen what the project needs to communicate.
-
Yes. This can be a one-off visit or planned coverage across key construction, installation and handover stages—including important work that will later become concealed.
Ground and aerial photography can also be combined to create a clear visual record of the project’s development.
-
The finished images can support websites, portfolios, marketing campaigns, social media, press and award submissions, brochures, presentations and project documentation, alongside a wide range of other uses specific to your business and project.
Agreed usage rights are discussed and clearly set out as part of the quotation.
-
You do not need to arrive with a finished brief or shot list. Tell me what has been designed, built or crafted, what you want the photography to communicate and how the finished images will be used.
From there, I can recommend the most appropriate coverage, send the relevant price guide or prepare a tailored quotation for your project.

BUILT AROUND THE BRIEF
BEYOND THE FINISHED VIEW
The strongest project photography does more than record what has been designed, built or crafted. It reveals the thinking behind it, the way light shapes a space, the choices within the materials, the precision of the craftsmanship and the experience the finished work creates.
The brief acts as the filter for every creative decision. Viewpoints, details and timing are chosen with purpose, creating imagery that feels visually distinctive while remaining technically precise and true to the project itself.
Our Process
FROM FIRST CONVERSATION TO FINAL DELIVERY
A clear, collaborative process keeps each commission focused, well planned and straightforward from the outset.
01
DISCUSS THE PROJECT
Tell me what you’re working on, where it is, when the photography is needed and how the images will be used. I’ll recommend the most appropriate coverage and provide a clear quotation.
02
PLAN THE SHOOT
Once confirmed, we’ll agree timing, access, styling and the priority images. Any aerial, twilight or people-focused coverage is planned at this stage, alongside practical considerations such as weather, light and project readiness.
03
PHOTOGRAPH WITH PURPOSE
On the day, the agreed plan provides direction while leaving room to respond to the light, space and details in front of me. Each composition is considered in relation to the brief and the final collection, rather than simply as an isolated image.
04
REFINE AND DELIVER
After the shoot, the strongest images are selected and carefully refined into one cohesive collection. They are delivered through an online gallery in the agreed formats and within the confirmed timeframe.
